Running

2022 has been a massive year for me. At the beginning of the year I committed to losing weight. I started the year at 260 pounds, the heaviest point in my life. As I write this, I can proudly say that I have lost over 100 pounds to date. How did I do that!?! The answer no one likes, diet and exercise. The diet was simply maintaining a basic caloric deficit. The exercise began with walking every day for 45 minutes and has progressed to marathon training, and now ultra marathon training.

Currently I am training for a 50 mile trail race in May. On the way to the 50 miler I will also be doing a marathon in Springfield with a friend in February.
